The 15th China (Shenzhen) International Derivatives Forum（CIDF）will be held in Wuzhou Guest House of Shenzhen from 30 November to 1 December, 2019. The 11th CIDF was held on December3-5 2015 with the theme of "Crossborder Crossover Leap-forward”. Participants shared the views on opening-up, innovation ,development of derivatives market,trading challenges and the evolving regulatory landscape. The 10th China (Shenzhen) International Derivatives Forum (CIDF) will take place on December 4-6, 2014 at Wuzhou Guest House Hotel in Shenzhen China. The Forum is jointly organized by China Futures Association (CFA) and Shenzhen Municipal Government.Starting from 2005, the CIDF has gradually enjoyed worldwide reputation and attracted more delegates from futures brokerage firms, securities companies, banks, funds as well as other financial institutions from home and abroad to participate. Last year, there were about 800 delegates from 20 countries attended the meeting.

 

 

 

The 9th CIDF was held on December3-4 2013. This year global futures and derivatives market has undergone profound changes. Chinese futures and derivatives market has experienced further reform as well. And it focused on the theme of "Openness & Innovation, Cooperation & Win-Win”. Participants shared the information of opening-up, innovation and development of China's futures market, as well as the trends of reforming of the global derivatives market.

 

 

 

December 2-3 2012 the 8th CIDF was held in Shenzhen China. Under the background of global market turmoil, difficult economic recovery and financial reform start-up, “Futures Market Reform and Innovation" was chosen as the theme. The delegates had an in-depth exchanges and discussions about China's futures market reform, innovation and development as well as the development trend of the global derivatives market reform.

 

 

 

 

The 7th China (Shenzhen) International Futures Conference was held on December 3-4 2011. With the theme of “Change • Fusion • Innovation - Risk Management Under Uncertainty", the forum focused on discussion about what kind of steps global and Chinese futures and derivatives industry should take while facing current economic changes and challenges, thus seeking a balance between financial stability and financial innovation and between virtual economy and real economic development.

 

 

 

The 6th CIDF was held on December 3 2010 in Shenzhen China. The Forum is themed of “Futures Market in the Transformation of Economic Development Mode”.

With the background of macroeconomic development, the forum focused on how to achieve better results from “Quantitative Expansion" to "Qualitative Improvement". Two sub-forums, "Economic Development and Risk Management" and "Futures Innovation Development” were also drawn a lot of attentions.

 

 

 

The 5th CIDF was held on December 3-4 2009 in Shenzhen China. The theme of 2009 conference was “Futures Market, Intermediary Institutions and the Real Economy". Participants discussed the hottest topics including futures market and real economy, financial intermediation services and risk management. Futures market products and systems as well as business innovation attracted most delegates’ attentions. Two summit forums of Cooperation between Banks and FCM, The Development of FCM with Security Background were also held during these two days.

 

 

 

The 4th CIDF was held on December 3-4 2008. The theme was “Institutional Investor and Futures Market”. The conference focused the topics on Developmental Policy of Institutional Investor, Risk Management, Trading Strategies, Fund Management and Broker Services. The delegates represented the senior leadership of the futures, options and other financial industry. There were also information sessions held by domestic and foreign exchanges and FCMs from home and overseas.

 

 

 

On December 3-4 2007 the 3rd CIDF was held with the theme of “Institutional Investors and Asset Management”. The forum was dedicated to exploring the topics as follows: Derivatives Market and Financial Market, Institutional Investors, Financial Options and Structural Products as well as Risk Management of Derivatives Trading.
